Celestix AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Federal Contract Intelligence System (FCIS) and Contract Radar. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web platform and services.

Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to operate our services:

  • Email address: Provided when you create an account or subscribe to updates.
  • Usage analytics: Anonymous, aggregated data about how you interact with our platform (pages visited, features used, session duration). We use this to improve our services.
  • Account information: Name and company name when you purchase a license or contact us.
  • License data: License key and activation status for software validation.
  • Support communications: Messages, emails, and attachments you send to our support team.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be explicit about what we do not collect or store:

  • Personal information of federal employees: We do not collect, store, or process personal data about government employees. Our analysis focuses solely on contract-level data.
  • Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI): We do not access, process, or store any CUI, classified data, or non-public government records.
  • Payment card details: All payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We never see or store your full card numbers.

Public Data Usage

Our services analyze data sourced exclusively from publicly available U.S. government databases, including SAM.gov, FPDS, and USASpending.gov. This data is made available to the public through federal open data initiatives. We aggregate, process, and present this public data with statistical analysis to identify patterns. All data displayed on our platform was publicly available at the time of collection.

Data Storage

For our desktop application (FCIS), all AI processing, bid analysis, cost estimations, and knowledge base data are stored exclusively on your local machine. We do not have access to your bid data, contract analyses, cost models, or any content processed by the application. Your local data is protected with SHA-256 hashing and PIN-based access control.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited data with:

  • Service providers: Infrastructure and analytics providers who help us operate our platform, bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with advance notice to you.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Export or delete all local application data at any time
