EO14042. Perform medical support services IAW the PWS for approximately 9,500 soldiers in Missouri Army national guard. Major elements of the services include nonclinical case management, behavioral health case management, and medical records administration. Services encompass review of medical documentation, production of narrative summaries (NARSUMS), profiling, referrals, reports, investigations, medical board packets, waiver requests, and ensuring medical readiness standards. Behavioral health case management includes initial and follow-up soldier screening, tracking documentation for quality of care and deployability, while medical records administration covers scanning, indexing, constructing, transmittal, disposition, and tracking of Service Treatment Records (STR), with all medical documents accurately screened, scanned, and uploaded to the appropriate digital storage platform.
