Includes constructing a consolidated headquarters facility for the 3RD Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB), 4TH marine regiment, and two infantry battalions at Marine Corps base Guam, consisting of a reinforced concrete multi-story building with all components such as exterior walls, flooring, foundation, windows, roofing, mechanical, electrical, and informational systems designed to meet applicable Unified Facility Criteria (UFC) and Guam environmental conditions. Support facilities include utilities, site improvements, emergency generator, access roads, parking, and incidental related work. Additional work includes mass excavation for 2,775 cubic yards of unsuitable soil within the building footprint, placement of suitable soil, installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment, a security fence, and a gate guard extension, as well as opening both the main and commercial gates to through traffic.
