Dorm management services provided for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) glynco in brunswick, Georgia. The contractor performs custodial, housekeeping, desk clerk, locksmith, and maintenance services for ten dormitories (2,293 rooms), five student centers, one laundry center, three swimming pools (one indoor and two outdoor), and maintenance for three cold tubs, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All labor, supplies, materials, equipment, safety and protective gear, repair parts, tools, planning, scheduling, coordination, management, and supervision necessary to perform these services are included.
