The specific required work includes but may not be limited to the following: 1. Demo (1) existing 50 ton chiller 2. Provide/install (1) 50 ton chiller 3. The contractor provide/ install/modify energy management control system/direct digital to tie into the new chiller 4. The contractor shall provide/install/modify the electrical distribution as required by nec and manufacturer S recommendation for all the new chiller and pumps. 5. The contractor will modify the existing chiller foundations as required to allow for vibration isolation 6. Provide a 1 year extended warranty on chiller 7. Provide a 1 year extended warranty on the control system
