This is to include all porch decks, steps, posts, lattices, trims and railings. The work shall include the replacement of listed wood shutters. The shutters are hinged and operational and will require sizing to each window opening. The existing shutter hardware is in good condition and can be reused. The new replacement shutters shall be constructed of cedar with one coat of primer and two coats of finish paint.
