Purpose of this modification is to correct the period of performance to reflect an estimated construction completion date of december 31, 2018. Scope of work: all work, terms and conditions, clauses and provisions, as stated in solicitation T0040373194, with all attachments, is herein expressly incorporated into this contract. This project consists of cleaning and inspecting two wastewater holding tanks and one water storage tank. The project will also clean and CCTV video inspect approximately 1200 linear feet of pvc sewer pipe. The sand filter media and piping will be replaced. The lift station will be supplied with new pumps, grinder pumps, check valves, and electrical and control panels. Approximately 600 linear feet of 2" water line will be installed. A new chlorination system will replace the existing system which is obsolete and located in a confined space. An awning will be installed over the wash pad area. Finally, the spray field will be equipped with new sprinkler heads and adequate warning signage. All of these items will provide the park with more reliable and efficient water and wastewater utilities that will lower costs, reduce environmental and resource damage concerns, and improve visitor satisfaction. The contractor will be responsible for complying with all laws and regulations and obtaining necessary construction permits.
