Scope of work: all work, terms and conditions, clauses and provision, as stated in task order request T0040345033, with all attachments, is herein expressly incorporated into this contract. Demo existing wood shake roof system down to existing 1 X 4 slats. Existing insulation to remain. Demo existing gutter system and fill with 2 X 6 wood blocking to match existing roof height. Install 3/4 plywood decking over existing 1 X 4 slats. Rip fascia board to make flush with new deck height as required. Install new ICE and water shield. Fabricate and install copper closures at all scupper openings. Fabricate and install copper caps on both sides of scupper openings to prevent rotting of wood. Fabricate and install new 24GA galvalume 17 double lock standing seam metal roof system including all necessary flashing and trim. Furnish 20 year panel finish warranty. Repair rotted wood scuppers as identified at site visit.
