Locks to have clear indication of "lock" and "unlocked: with lights, or other clear markings on the push button. No other lights will be needed to indicate emergency or other warning. Button selection must be coordinated with GSA project manager. Wording should read lock or something similar and have green lights for unlock, red light for lock. Contractor shall adhere to public safety laws to be able to exit the doors in case of emergency when locked. The work should be performed afterhours or on weekends. Payment protection: contractor responsible for providing proper payment protection by one of the following: payment bond, irrevocable letter of credit, tripartite escrow or certificate of deposit
