Demolish existing cove base as required. 5. Demolition partition wall. 6. Construct new walls as shown. 7. Relocate voice /data/power on new N wall in office 24110. 8. Relocate existing wood door and metal frame. 9. Install new 2X2 return air grille 10. Install new light fixture to match existing in SUITE24111 11. Install new circuit and switch with motion sensor in suite 24111. 12. Reinstall carpet and cove base as required. 13. Relocate /re-center existing sprinkler in suite 24111. 14. Move the air supply in suite 24111 in order to accomodate the new wall. 15. Install new vertical blinds in suite 24111
