Repair work on high rise air distribution system not performed by previous O&M contractor (urban/meridan, contractor end date 05/31/2006). Cost of all work is proposed as deduction from O&M contract, in the john C. Kluczynski federal building, 230 S. Dearborn street, chicago, IL.
