Includes providing a concrete epoxy-resin bonding system for adhesion of new concrete to existing surfaces, removing existing door hardware on approximately 135 doors, and removing and reinstalling existing door hardware for painting on approximately 140 doors. The project also excludes the installation of four chilled water line expansion loops identified on MS101, and excavation activities are reduced due to the proposed installation of chilled water lines at an average depth of 5 feet below grade, with trench depth reduced by approximately two feet. Repairs are performed from energy plant B469 to dormitories B460 and B461 at Joint Base Charleston - air base, Charleston, SC.
