Additional work includes replacement of 18 cooling tower valves, an autofill diesel system, a heat exchanger, and a medical air system at the central plant (building 234), installation of a dust collection system and a new parking canopy, and above-ceiling work in the main hospital's 3RD floor isolation rooms (building 233) to replace ductwork and adjust ceiling grids and lighting. Infection control mitigation measures are required for all HVAC and isolation room work.
