Includes installation of outdoor overhead racks, conducting an arc flash study, and integrating new equipment into the existing ddc controls system with new ddc devices as needed. Specific installations include new 50-TON condensing unit CU-1 and AHU-1 for administration areas, rooftop units RTU-2, RTU-3, and RTU-4 for pcs room and etg lab, air cooled condensing units ACCU-1 through ACCU-4, and fan powered air terminal units with hot water heating coils. All new equipment will be commissioned and Tested, Adjusted, And Balanced (TAB) as part of the project.
