Includes repair or replacement of approximately 397,975 square feet of concrete pavement across nine sites within the land port of entry (LPOE), requiring removal and reconstruction of 8"-10" depths, surface reconstruction, joint seals, crack seals, and Jointed Reinforced Concrete Paving (JRCP), as well as traffic control and installation of temporary pavement. The project emphasizes the use of construction materials with substantially lower levels of embodied greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) requirements.
