Includes renovation and new construction to portions of building 71N and associated locations on the sheridan VA medical center campus, as well as a complete remodel of buildings 24 and 32 to repurpose them as the training and admin space for the EHRM project. Tasks include paint removal and application, flooring removal and installation, plumbing upgrades and removal, door and window work, installation of outlets and cable/data drops in all admin/office and training rooms, wall removal with reinforcement for 80"+ televisions, and installation and testing of a new elevator. No additional structures are to be built.
