The work includes installation of medical devices, alterations to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, concrete and masonry work, site grading, grubbing, seeding, removal and disposal of existing trees and structures, and management of construction period services such as permitting, demolition, scheduling, inspection/testing, environmental protection, and project closeout.
