Includes constructing a new EHRM data center in the basement of building 56 at the st. Louis VA medical center, relocating the current data center from building 1. The scope encompasses electrical improvements (normal and emergency power, lighting, bonding, UPS), building management system interfaces, assessment and installation of new HVAC, construction of new spaces (walls, doors, finishes), fire suppression system installation, development of communication infrastructure (new data outlets, patch panels, cat 6A cable), physical security measures, and establishment of fiber infrastructure backbone connectivity to MDA.
