The first floor will provide 11,500 square feet dedicated to the Psychosocial Rehabilitation And Recovery Center (PRRC) with two entrances, while the second floor will house human resources, a sleep study clinic, and administrative spaces. Includes site preparation, demolition and removal of existing structures, and all architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage systems in accordance with current VHA design guides and psrdm.
