The project involves furnishing all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and testing necessary to build a new approximately 14,000 square foot women's clinic and mammography facility at the minneapolis VA Medical Center (VAMC). The steel-framed, single-story structure will feature precast concrete exterior walls and large curtain wall glazing in waiting spaces, with extensive sitework including demolition of an existing building, construction of three new parking lots, and new plantings and green space to enhance the site.
