Includes demolition and removal of existing structures, furnishing labor and materials, and performing additions and interior renovation work at the edward P. Boland VA Medical Center (VAMC) to upgrade facility infrastructure in support of the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) system, in accordance with VA OEHRM site infrastructure requirements. Construction activities will occur across multiple buildings, including but not limited to buildings 1, 1EA, 1WA, 1C, 2, 3, 4, 4A, 5, 6, 6A, 7, 7A, 8, 8A, 9, 11, 12, 12A, 13, 14, 16, 20, 22, 25, 26, 28, 29 pump house, 60, and 65. Additional work includes construction related to icf wall construction of building 22A, connecting temporary fiber optic cabling from building 22A to building 2 demarc, and adding scope to the demarc duct bank.
