Includes complete site preparation for building operations, demolition and removal of existing structures, installation of redundant fiber loops, construction of new telecom rooms, new telecom equipment rooms, new UPS rooms, renovation of the server room, and pulling of new data cabling on the hines campus. Additional tasks involve infrastructure upgrades and renovation of existing spaces, including electrical, bonding, UPS, building management system interfaces, HVAC, communication, physical security upgrades, and fiber infrastructure backbone campus-wide within and between buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, 33, 45, 48, 100, 113, 128, 200, 205, 217, 220, and the joliet cboc, as well as associated work in other buildings as indicated.
