Includes expanding the 4TH floor west side clinical space (BUILDING 1) by constructing approximately 7,500 square feet of new clinical space to address increased primary care workload, as well as expanding the 4TH floor interstitial and 5TH floor mechanical space to match the new clinical space footprint. The contractor will completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of portions of existing structures, and the new space will follow the pact model.
