The project includes design, pre-construction, construction, and closeout services to relocate or remodel approximately 46 telecommunications rooms (TRS) and one data center to meet Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) it standards while maintaining operational it services. Work involves installation of upgraded communication infrastructure (including new data outlets, patch panels, cat 6A cabling, and OM4-RATED fiber-optic cable), new redundant fiber backbone, low voltage raceway systems, required power, grounding, UPS, bms interfaces, HVAC, and interior finishes. Additional tasks include reconfiguration and renovation of spaces, removal of legacy it equipment, restoration of abandoned TRS, and testing, commissioning, and training for all installed mechanical and low voltage systems.
