Includes all necessary testing and survey work by a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), pre-abatement planning and creation of asbestos abatement drawings, construction and maintenance of work area isolation, abatement, removal, and disposal of ACM, and oversight and testing by a third-party independent certified industrial hygienist (VPIH), including Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) testing for decontamination certification. The contractor will also conduct Infection Control Risk Assessments (ICRA), replace or refinish affected area finishes, and manage containment, storage, transportation, and disposal of ACM wastes in compliance with all applicable regulations and hospital safety standards.
