Work includes complete site preparation for building operations, demolition and removal of existing structures, replacement of switchboards, panelboards, transformers, circuit breakers, disconnects, lighting fixtures, and generators, and installation of new electric switchboards and panelboards per vaedm standards with 30% additional space for future breakers. Copper conductors will be used exclusively, and interior raceways will be installed using emt with compression fittings and imc or rmc in non-conditioned spaces, in accordance with project design drawings and specifications.
