Bill young medical center in bay pines, Florida. Work includes notifying the COR prior to installation of work subject to testing, ensuring compliance with VA security management, and adhering to all applicable codes and regulations such as OSHA, international building code, state and federal regulations, and nfpa life safety code. All contractor activities must follow VA's office of construction and facilities management Technical Information Library (TIL) reference materials. All employees of the general contractor and subcontractors must comply with the VA security management program, obtain permission from VA police, be identified by project and employer, and are restricted from unauthorized access.
