Includes construction of a new sewer pump station wet well connected to a gravity sewer network, installation of a sewer forcemain connected to an existing municipal sewer manhole, and extension of three-phase electrical service along kebo street. Additional tasks involve electrical and mechanical work to support the new pump station and demolition of existing septic and pre-treatment tanks and drip hose disposal system after completion of the new infrastructure.
